Orders

How can I place an order?

Chose the product and size (if applied) from the drop down menu on the product page and click “Add to Cart”. Then follow the easy steps to complete your order on the checkout. After we receive the order we will prepare your cute products!

I have placed an order how do I check my order status?

Enter your email and order number (the order number is on the order email confirmation) on the Track Order Page and check the status. If you don’t know the order number just enter the email you used to place the order.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

After you placed an order you can cancel or modify it within 24 hours. Please contacts us with the order numbers and the full description that the items you need to cancel or modify. We’ll do our best to help you.

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

In what currency can I order?

Can I track my package?

We will send you the tracking information a few days after you placed your order. You can track your order here. Please contact us if you haven’t received your tracking information yet.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 45 days please contact us and we’ll be glad to help. Also check with your local post office and track your order to make sure it wasn’t delivered yet.

I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

You can change and cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us with the full details: order number, email and the items you with to modify or cancel.

I changed my mind, how Can I refund an item?

As our products are custom printed with love just for you, we cannot exchange products. But we’ll do our best to find a solution, please contact us for further assistance.

What if I’m not satisfied with the printing quality of my product?

All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we’ll reprint any flawed products free of charge. Please contact us for further assistance.
