It’s really freezing cold in Italy this weekend, there’s snow everywhere. Everywhere but Rome of course. Even though there was no snow, it was cold enough to have the fireplace running everyday.

A fireplace is such a focal point in a room, here are some colour palettes for the perfect living room:

The contrast between the light room and the dark stones is perfect all year round, even when the fireplace is not needed.
