This is one of my favourite lazy breakfast recipes. I’m not a morning person and I rather starve than cook in the morning. So this is one thing I almost always have ready in the fridge.

What You'll Need

  • Chia Seeds
  • Honey
  • Coconut Milk
  • Fresh fruits

In a bowl, or a maison jar soak the chia seeds  in coconut milk (it also works with normal milk, coconut milk may be a bit difficult to find). Keep it in the fridge overnight. Coconut milk may be a bit too thick, depending on the brand, if that’s the case just add a little water.

In the morning add some honey, fresh fruits and maybe sprinkle some granola on top. It’s that simple 

The seeds will gell up and become a delicious gooey pudding. Yummm!
