This is probably the most famous dessert in Brazil, and it’s called “Brigadeiro”. It’s a sweet bomb, ready to shoot the diabetes to the starts. Since I’m not a big fun of overly sweet stuff I made some adaptations to the recipe.

What you will need:

  • One can of condensed milk
  • 1 Spoon of butter
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • A splash of whiskey
  • Almond crumbles to garnish

Getting it done:

Just mix everything and cook on a low flame. Stirring non stop!!! It does require some elbow greece. It takes around 15minutes to get ready, and you’ll know it’s done when it starts coming off the pan.

Move to a plate, let it cool, and then make some round balls. Serve with almonds crumbles over it! It’s yuuuum!
