I only discovered Frisella recently. It’s a sort of hard bread that you need to water before eating. So it’s the kind of life saving item to have in your kitchen for an easy but yet amazing snack/meal.
Since I love to have people over for food (dinner, happy hour, coffee, you name it…) I think presentation is the key. This recipe is super easy but the combination is amazing:
- Frisella bread
- Ricotta (fresh)
- Crushed almonds.
Just add some salt, pepper and olive oil and voilà!
